Carmen Andretta


Graduated from the Italian Design School in Padua in 2004.
Third place with the project “Ski-cha” at the “Idee per il Mobile”contest.
She is currently working for Axia.
Career

Carmen Andretta graduated from the Italian Design School in Padua in 2004. During her high school years she collaborated with several companies, among which: Roncato Valigerie, Atala and Lagostina. Moreover, she took part in two workshops for Firme di Vetro and Chicco Artsana.
Later she gained professional experience at several furniture and lighting design studios, such as Worksstudio

and Lino Codato Designer. During those years, she also founded, together with other two schoolmates, the “SSF Cantiere Creativo” design group. With her group, she took part in several contests and obtained the 3rd place with the project “Ski-cha” at the “Idee per il Mobile” (Ideas for the furniture) contest.

Other projects were displayed during important events such as the “Designer per l’Infanzia” (designer for the Childhood) exhibition, in Tortona, during the 2007 Salone del Mobile in Milan and the ParCasa project, that was displayed at the pavilion “Disegnato in Italia” (Designed in Italy) at Padua fair in 2006.
Carmen is currently working for Axia, a bathroom furniture company.
